Competition Terms and Conditions

In the following document the term 'company' refers to My Holiday Resorts and partners.
1) Accommodation is for 7 nights in a Holiday Ownership resort or Hotel participating in this promotion, subject to availability. Apartments are provided on a self-catering basis based on family size and needs.
2) Participants may use all resort facilities as normal paying guests. All costs and expenses are the responsibility of the recipient. A few participating resorts/hotels may offer breakfasts. Details and costs are available upon request.
3) This offer is open to married (if not, living together for a minimum of three years), employed couples where the joint income exceeds a minimum of £25,000 per annum. Couples must be between the ages of 30-70 and own their own home and have a valid credit card
4) This offer is valid for two adults and their respective children only. Terms and conditions for larger families are available upon request.
5) All entrants must hold a valid European Union Passport.
6) We will only accept entries from European Union countries.
7) At the courtesy of the resort management, families will be required to attend a promotional tour of the resorts. (In the event that you decline to attend your presentation, the resort reserves the right to charge the full resort rental tariff for your accommodation).
8) Both partners must attend any promotional tours; however participants are under no obligation to buy or enter into any contract.
9) This offer is not transferable in whole or part and may be used by the recipient family only once.
10) Only one entry per household.
11) All information must be complete and correct or it will invalidate the entry.
